Job Description

Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist! This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. Anticipated hours would be 4 pm-7 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-5 pm Saturday-Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones Communicating resident's needs with the care staff Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns Scheduling Filing Maintaining records Time sheet corrections Any other duties as assigned by the administrator
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft office Be able to multitask Be a team player Have a friendly attitude Possess a love for the elderly population Excellent time management Able to remain calm under pressure A background check and TB test are required upon hire
