Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a full-time or part-time In-Home Caregiver, providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the Greenville area. Whether you're experienced in senior care, disability support, or home health services, your skills will help enhance quality of life for those you serve. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals Support medication reminders Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts and perform heavy lifting safely to assist with mobility and transfers Conduct patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior and report findings promptly Maintain cleanliness of the client's home environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support, especially for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or other developmental disabilities Follow safety protocols during patient care activities and emergency response procedures Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly desirable Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Hands-on experience using mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams and family members Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication directly impacts lives.
