Seeking HHA LIVE-IN Home Health Aide & Caregiver

We are looking for energetic individuals who are ready to provide exceptional care during both daytime and evening shifts. With flexible scheduling options, you can create a work-life balance that suits your needs while making a difference in the community. What you'll do Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide patient observation to monitor health changes and report any concerns to healthcare professionals. Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and assist with catheter care when necessary. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being, including memory care for those with Alzheimer's or dementia. Ensure a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry. Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and maintain trust. Basic qualifications CHHA license issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing Proven experience in home health, senior care, or long-term care settings. Familiarity with medical terminology and vital signs monitoring. CPR certification is a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs is highly valued.
