We've "super-charged" the sales process by developing a completely custom, proprietary software suite designed specifically to accelerate your growth. Our platform uses built-in automations to handle the busy work, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing deals. The Role We are seeking a high-performing Sales Professional who excels at promotional product sales. The ideal candidate is a "sales-first" individual who takes pride in connecting with customers and providing the creative advice that gets their brands noticed. You will manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on strategic growth, utilizing our advanced technology to scale your efforts.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Account Management:
Take full ownership of a portfolio, focusing on top-tier sales growth through consultative advice and tailored branding solutions.
High-Touch Client Engagement:
Build trust-based relationships through a mix of virtual and in-person meetings for key accounts, providing a true "white-glove" experience.
Full-Cycle Growth & Referrals:
Manage the entire order process—from initial inquiry to post-delivery—while actively leveraging high satisfaction to secure new referral opportunities.
Technical & Industry Expertise:
Use our custom-built software to manage order accuracy, vendor collaboration, and artwork services, ensuring you remain an expert in the latest imprinting technologies.
Requirements Industry Mastery:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the promotional products industry is required.
Relationship-First Mentality:
A proven track record of growing business through consultative selling rather than high-volume transactional outreach.
Communication & Presence:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the confidence to present branding ideas to corporate decision-makers both virtually and in person.
Organizational Mastery:
Strong ability to multitask and manage complex order details in a fast-paced environment.
Book of Business:
A transferable book of business is not required. We will help you build this with a variety of lead opportunities.
