Senior Accountant

Description Experience closing the books and performing account reconciliations Mid-size company experience i.e. $30m-$50m revenue (minimum) Reporting experience - prepare internal management reports and request from corporate office Construction Accounting (WIP and Percentage of Completion) is a huge plus but not required.

• At least 2 years of accounting experience in a senior-level or progressive accounting role.
• Proven ability to manage month-end close activities with accuracy and consistency.
• Hands-on experience working with general ledger accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong background in completing bank reconciliations and identifying reporting variances.
• Experience supporting financial reporting for internal stakeholders and corporate leadership.
• Prior accounting experience within a mid-sized organization, ideally in the $30M to $50M revenue range.
• Exposure to construction accounting and percentage-of-completion methodology is a plus, but not required.
