• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support a growing group of companies in custom home building, land development, and commercial/residential property management.

This role reports directly to the CFO and offers hands-on exposure across the full real estate lifecycle. The position is approximately 70% accounting and 30% FP&A, combining technical accounting with financial analysis and operational support. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and support close process Manage intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidations Perform job costing and project profitability analysis Support revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion & completed contract) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Track project costs (labor, materials, subcontractors) Partner with project managers and operations teams Reconcile general ledger accounts Support cash flow planning, audits, and tax preparation Maintain and improve financial systems and reporting tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-6+ years experience (construction, land development, or property management preferred) Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction revenue recognition Experience in a multi-entity environment Advanced Excel skills Experience with BuilderTrend, QuickBooks, and/or Yardi is a plus What We're Looking For Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Systems-minded with interest in improving processes Strong communicator who works well across teams Why Join Us Work directly with CFO and leadership team Exposure to full project lifecycle (land → build → manage) Growing, entrepreneurial environment Competitive salary and benefits
