We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is more than a bookkeeping role — you will serve as a key financial resource for a wide variety of clients across multiple industries, managing their books end-to-end while collaborating directly with CPAs and clients alike. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Perform bank, credit card, cash, loan, and general ledger account reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for client accounts Process payroll in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual federal and state payroll remittances Prepare financial statements and perform analysis for client review Manage month-end and year-end close processes Verify and check source documents including invoices, receipts, and supporting records Prepare work papers and coordinate tax filing with tax preparers and CPAs Communicate directly with clients to address questions, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial updates Qualifications Minimum five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; public accounting or multi-client experience strongly preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (required) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Word and Outlook Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized self-starter with a high level of personal accountability Why Fuller & Zaniboni Competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and HSA Retirement savings plan with employer matching Generous paid time off and paid holidays Chef-prepared meals in the office (on a regular basis — yes, really) Annual team retreat and regular team celebrations, including birthday recognition Professional development support and continuing education opportunities A collaborative, supportive culture with real opportunities for advancement and growth How to Apply If you are an experienced accounting professional who is ready to take on a meaningful role in a firm that values your expertise and invests in your growth, we would should connect.
