Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking to fill a Senior Accountant position responsible for daily accounting, job costing, payroll management, and general office administration. You must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes, including A/R, A/P and job costing Review Subcontractor agreements and invoicing for accuracy Review Vendor supply contracts and invoices for accuracy Manage Insurance coverage and payments Reconcile credit card statements, bank accounts and Line of Credit Prepare profit and loss reports by job Prepare quarterly financial reports Maintain electronic and physical files per job for subcontractors and vendors Provide cash flow management and reporting

Requirements:

Must be highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office BA in accounting with

CPA / CMA

preferred Strong attention to detail and highly organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$75,000 to $90,000
