Senior Accountant, (Software Company)

Job description LHH is partnering with a progressive Software organization to identify an experienced Accountant with 3-5 years of progressive GAAP experience. Job Responsibilities:

Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations across key accounts Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and support operational initiatives Assist with inventory-related accounting and discrepancy analysis Prepare internal financial reports and support cash flow tracking across multiple entities Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with applicable tax filings and regulatory requirements Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations Exposure to multi-entity environments; treasury experience is a plus Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from LHH please email Rami Muhanna at or visit our website at .
