Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior AI Techno Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to accelerate AI innovation and agentification across our Dynamic Pricing ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy, AI governance, and hands on technical execution, driving enterprise scale AI adoption in a highly customized, multi application environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive AI and agentification strategy for Dynamic Pricing, partnering with leadership and governance to prioritize high value initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional discovery and evaluation of AI opportunities with hands on implementation using open source agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Orchestrate AI solutions across homegrown agents, vendor agents, and a highly customized multi application enterprise ecosystem.
  • Translate complex agent based AI and pricing concepts into clear, measurable business value for both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver scalable AI solutions end to end, ensuring governance alignment, technical execution, and enterprise wide value realization.
Technical & Analytical Qualifications:
  • Strong statistics background with hands on experience building hierarchical and Bayesian models.
  • Comfortable working with messy, real world data and solving ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
  • Experience using Databricks or similar cloud platforms for large scale data work.
  • Solid Python or R skills plus regular use of Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Able to quickly understand business questions and deliver insights fast, especially under tight deadlines.
