Position Summary Meritain Health is ranked as one of the nation's largest Third-Party Administrators. The Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance supports compliance and regulatory activities by researching issues, gathering facts, tracking trends, preparing reports, and helping respond to internal and external requests. This role works closely with the compliance and regulatory managers and other internal teams to support timely, accurate, and well documented compliance work. Key Responsibilities + Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings + Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies + Support settlement intake requests and related research activities + Respond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partners + Monitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trends + Prepare and maintain monthly reporting + Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities + Partner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental priorities + Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: + Strong attention to detail + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Critical thinking skills + Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills + Ability to learn business concepts, objectives, and processes quickly + Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Required Qualifications + 2+ years of insurance industry experience. + 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience. + Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the abi
