We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and business growth through sophisticated data systems and scalable processes. In this role, you will develop and optimize the foundational business systems and analytics frameworks that power Prime Video Advertising operations. Working at the intersection of Prime Video, Amazon Ads, and Amazon MGM Studios, you will implement efficiency improvements that enhance decision-making accuracy, streamline operations, and accelerate revenue growth Key job responsibilities Design and operate data systems that bridge Amazon Ads, Prime Video, and Amazon MGM Studios data, enabling comprehensive business insights and revenue optimization Create and manage scalable business processes and information systems to support B2B marketing, industry events, and sponsorship operations Develop and maintain the Prime Video Advertising operations database and self-service analytics tools that empower teams to analyze performance data Build AI tools that will help scale our B2B marketing operations Create and optimize data pipelines to streamline collection and analysis across platforms, automating routine reporting processes Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge bases to enable operational excellence at scale Drive alignment and consistency across global teams to ensure successful execution of advertising initiatives Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms
• Experience with handling of large datasets
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
• Experience managing business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, or similar tools) including hands on set up and configuration
• 6+ years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, or data systems Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools
• Experience managing complex projects and/or programs within a matrix environment
• Experience developing operational processes and technologies
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Experience with advertising metrics

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
