The Planet Group is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager (Patient Services) to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical client.Pay :
$89-94.81/hr depending on experience (W2 and benefit options)Location :
Hybrid in Mettawa, IL (Onsite T-TR)Duration:
6 mo to start (potential to extend / convert Senior Business Program Manager (Patient Services)Responsibilities:
Build and sustain productive working relationships with BTS, APEX, and Patient Services Strategy Leadership by leading with influence rather than authority Manage end-to-end delivery of the performance measurement plan from design through deployment with a high degree of ownership and follow-through Proactively communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to the Associate Director of Program Management Partner across functions to establish clear ownership of performance targets and drives shared accountability for outcomes - ensuring all parties understand their role in delivering results against the plan Collaborate with APEX and BTS to scope, develop, and deploy reporting dashboards as needed Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, co-leaders and leadership in Commercial, Business Technology Services, Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Manufacturing Operations, Global Medical Affairs, Promotions, Brand teams, and Global Patient Services Senior Business Program Manager (Patient Services)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and relevant experience MBA, Project Management Professional certification and work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferredSenior PM:
5-7+ years of program management and program governance experience Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, program management capabilities, financial management capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the patient services and pharmaceutical business Human relations and administrative skills required Leading without Authority skills required Conflict resolution skills including persuasive management techniques required Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills required Ability to communicate concepts and problems in terms that are understandable to all levels of the organization, including C-Suite Proven ability to drive outstanding team performance and engagement motivating, energizing and inspiring team members Strong interpersonal skills, organizational savvy, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, and accountability in a complex matrixed environment Skilled at setting clear expectations, navigating ambiguity, and diplomatically but firmly re-engaging partners who are off-track - while maintaining composure under pressureSimilar remote jobs
