Position Summary The Senior Center Assistant Director assists the Director with planning, programming, record-keeping, and day-to-day activities, and also includes building community relationships and advocating for the older adult population. Salary Information This is a salaried position with an annual starting wage between $67,516 and $77,168, depending on qualifications. Benefits include excellent health insurance, generous vacation and floating holidays, sick leave, holidays, and Wisconsin Retirement System. Job Details The Assistant Director position is a full-time, salaried, first-shift position that requires an in-depth background check. Qualifications Qualified candidates should, at minimum, possess an Associate's Degree in Human Services, Business Management or other relevant field of study, five years of related experience & two years of supervisory/management experience.
