Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead a team of engineers and manage complex civil engineering projects across various infrastructure domains. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, project management skills, and innovative thinking to deliver sustainable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee project planning, design, and execution while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success from conception through completion. Responsibilities Manage a team of civil engineering project managers Lead the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects for all types of stand alone developments. Develop detailed project schedules using advanced project scheduling tools to ensure timely delivery of all phases. Utilize Civil 3D and other CAD software for drafting site plans. Conduct construction management activities such as site inspections, quality assurance checks, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, hydraulics specialists, and other technical experts to develop comprehensive system designs that meet client specifications. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation through technical writing to communicate project progress and findings effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in civil engineering project management. Proficiency in Civil 3D, Storm Sewers, and Hydraflow Hydrographs and other relevant software tools. Strong knowledge of construction inspection procedures and construction management principles. Familiarity with geotechnical engineering concepts and land surveying techniques. Excellent skills in project scheduling, construction estimating, technical writing, and system design documentation. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
