). SUMMARY.
Requirements:
a good working knowledge and experience with Word for Windows, Excel, Quickbooks. This is a professional office, requiring "Business Professional Attire." Google it at Indeed. $200 "clothing shopping bonus" provided 2 weeks from your start. At 60 days another "clothing bonus" of $500. If you qualify, promotion to Office Manager with an up to $5 per hour pay raise at 90 days. You will be responsible in this small office for a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, some of which are regularly recurring every month. DETAIL. Freedom Publishers Inc. publications reaching millions to advance Freedom. Such as the 4th annual "Trump Calendar" and 7 pro-freedom, pro-MAGA paperbacks distributed to 2.2 million Americans including "Review of Dinesh D'Souza's The United States of Socialism," and "Review of Mark Levin's The Democrat Party Hates America." We are not looking for writers but for one part time, Senior level Clerical Assistant eligible for promotion to Office Manager within 90 days, and capable of writing crisp, professional business communications and able to "dress for success in this small, professional office. Your cover letter can explain why your past business office experience can help FPI print and circulate its pro-MAGA message for its 7 clients (primarily using direct mail).
Your part time hours:
10 AM to 2 PM weekdays, Fridays until 4 PM, and once a month help(at your hourly pay rate) with our monthly meeting of the local "Conservative Christian Club" (adjourns 9 pm). Once a year you will help be an administrator of the annual Freedom Leadership Conference We will be asking you about your ability to drive to and from work, run an occasional errand. And we ask you to clearly list your home address if it is not in your resume (so we can confirm you reside within maximum of 15 minutes from this office). Please confirm that you have a car to daily commute and occasional do office errands. Finally, list your compensation at your last job. Don't write, don't apply, if you did not understand: we need your application cover letter, which explains your experience with three software package: proficiency required with Word for Windows, and high level of expertise with both Excell and QuickBooks in a professional office for at least two years. Senior Clerical Assistant Duties:
  • maintain President's newspaper clippings file
  • Data input
  • create and mail a cover letter to those with an issue and whose letter is forwarded to us by our "caging" company which processes our mail offsite.
  • mark up several hundred of our fund appeal letters per year (2 dozen+ per month for 7 clients).
  • Filing Documents
  • Write a 1 page letter summarizing each "campaign" (7 clients, each with their own 4 page letter about their most recent "campaign" and send it to the group we are trying to influence (ie. for example, supporting continued efforts by ICE to enforce the law, to members of the relevant House of Representatives Committee or subcommittee.
  • send Thank You Letters for donations made to non-profit client organizations.
  • help track purchasing and production work done to put out millions of letters and newsletters for 7 clients per year, usually one letter per week. Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Basic or preferably outstanding office skills
  • Reception and phone answering (not very high traffic)
  • accounts payable and receivable for 3 separate corporations.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents and correspondence
  • Ability to prioritize and keep track of your ongoing tasks.
  • previous personal assistant or administrative support would be helpful (2 years+).
