Job Description A Senior Client Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our financial advisors by owning core client service, operational workflow, and execution standards that directly impact the client experience. This is a senior-level position designed for a highly capable professional who brings judgment, innovation, and precision to a fast-paced wealth advisory practice. This role goes well beyond routine administrative support. You will be trusted to manage priorities independently, anticipate advisor and client needs, and continuously improve processes that drive efficiency and consistency across the practice. The right candidate is confident, works autonomously, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished client experience. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a wealth management or financial advisory practice, with a proven track record of excellence in client service, operations, and follow-through. You are detail-driven, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment while executing advisor-directed decisions with accuracy and professionalism. As a senior-level specialist, you will be expected to ramp up quickly, manage complexity, and serve as a reliable point of support for both advisors and clients. Job Duties Deliver a consistently referable client across all client interactions. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospects, managing inbound communications with professionalism and discretion. Proactively manage advisor calendars, client and prospect appointments and meeting preparation to ensure efficient use of advisor time and a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records in the client management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance standards are met. Educate clients on available technology and its capabilities. Coordinate client service workflows from intake through completion, tracking progress and following up to ensure timely execution of advisor-directed actions. Support client appreciation events and other firm initiatives by assisting with logistics, coordination and follow-through. Serve as a dependable operational resource for the advisory team, demonstrating strong judgement regarding prioritization, confidentiality, and when matters should be escalated. Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the practice by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience in a financial advisory or similarly regulated, client-facing environment may be considered. 5+ years of experience in client service, operations, or administrative support within a wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, or professional services practice. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence. Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-touch, polished client experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within established processes and compliance guidelines, with a clear understanding of when matters must be escalated to an advisor. High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential client and firm information.Compensation Package:
