Pega:
The Senior Cloud Data Analytics Engineer will partner with internal team members and stakeholders across the organization (Pega Cloud Engineering, Cloud Product, Cloud Operations, Cloud Program Management, Product Engineering, and others) to deliver dashboards, reporting, and analyses that surface actionable insights. This role is a key business partner to Cloud teams, helping drive informed decisions as we continue to scale Pega Cloud and improve processes across the company. ​In this role you will: ​Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable insights and improve stakeholder efficiency and decision-making. ​Be a trusted business partner to operational teams and leaders—understanding their questions and translating them into clear reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights. ​Continuously improve analytics and reporting by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, standardize metrics, and enhance dashboard usability. ​Contribute analytics and reporting to key initiatives (e.g., Golden Circle, Pega Cloud at Scale) and other emerging priorities. ​Present compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating clear business impact. ​Ensure a high level of data quality and reporting accuracy for dashboards and analyses.​ Optimize and scale analytics and reporting processes (automation, standard definitions, repeatable metrics, and efficient data refreshes).

What You've Accomplished:
​​Introduced new ideas and approaches to data and reporting that led to meaningful insights and measurable improvements. ​Taken complex data/information and make it simple, scalable, and actionable that led to measurable business impact. ​Established strong stakeholder relationships and provided support to ensure success. ​Have turned data into trusted information used to drive decisions and actions.​ Identified process gaps or areas for optimization while also helping drive it from design to completion.
Required Qualifications:
​​​Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as data analytics, business analytics, business, economics, mathematics, or statistics with 6-9 years of prior work experience in a similar analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role•. Alternatively, we will accept a master's degree in quantitative discipline such as data analytics, business analytics, business, economics, mathematics, or statistics with 3-5 years of prior work experience in similar analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role•.​​
Technical Skills:
Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data Visualization, BI Visualization tool experience (Power BI preferred), Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.​ Ability to use data to tell an influential story and drive action and outcomes Applied knowledge of manipulating large datasets, including cleansing and quality review, to identify trends and establish meaningful conclusions using various query languages ​Experience designing data models to support custom algorithms and analysis ​Experience communicating complex analysis in an appropriate format according to organizational hierarchy using visual tools such as Power BI ​Detail oriented, while keeping it tied into the bigger picture Quick learner who enjoys working/learning more about data, technology, and analytics. Experience building, managing and growing relationships with stakeholder teams throughout a large organization. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record of taking initiatives and driving projects to completion. Ability to anticipate project risks and identify solutions to proactively resolve those. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
