In this role, you will assume overall ownership of project success, including financial profitability, schedule adherence, resource allocation, and client satisfaction. You will supervise project teams and establish standard operating procedures to streamline field execution. The ideal candidate possesses an owner mentality, works collaborative with site superintendents and Project Manager's, and maintains field credibility across multi-discipline scopes. must have High-End Retail experience with luxury brands, flagship stores, and premium boutiques. Duties Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Adobe & Project Develop detailed project schedules using Project Ability to check and understand MEP drawings. 5+ experience. Good Strong work ethic Weekly calls with team and managers Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands Proven leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and problem-solving abilities Oversee multiple construction projects from concept through final closeout, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations Collaborate closely with Superintendents to develop, maintain, and distribute detailed project schedules Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in High-end retail commercial projects. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration. Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, BuilderTrend, and other construction management tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, project coordination, and time management to meet aggressive deadlines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively on-site. Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Valid experience with construction estimating processes

Pay:
