Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team and lead critical commercial contract negotiations. Our team values collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering pragmatic advice across complex agreements within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial customer-side contracts to secure advantageous terms and mitigate legal and commercial risks. Provide tailored contractual guidance across agreement types, including MPAs/MSAs, statements of work, end user license agreements, terms of service, brand label agreements, consulting agreements, and joint development agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, sales, tax, credit, insurance, and internal specialty legal practice areas to optimize contract outcomes. Support continuous learning, process and policy improvements, and foster courageous collaboration within the legal team and beyond.

Required:

JD degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the United States. Minimum of 7-10 years as an actively licensed attorney. At least 7-10 years of proven experience negotiating sell-side contracts efficiently and effectively across various markets and industries. Demonstrated ability to tailor legal advice and contractual solutions to unique commercial risks across diverse business segments.
