What You'll Work On Operational & Cost Accounting Analyze manufacturing and operational cost drivers Review labor, material, and overhead variances Support margin analysis and profitability initiatives Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams Inventory & Reconciliation Support Assist with inventory controls, reconciliations, and cycle counts Support transportation and operational accounting functions Strengthen internal processes and reporting accuracy Participate in periodic onsite inventory oversight activities Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting schedules Assist with sales tax, cash management, and compliance-related activities Contribute to process improvement and system enhancement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience within manufacturing, inventory-heavy, or operational environments preferred Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail ERP system experience required Advanced Excel skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Leadership potential and desire for long-term growth Why This Opportunity?
