- What We're Looking For
- We are looking for a Senior Director of AI Enablement to lead how AI is adopted, embedded, scaled, and governed — both within our product and across our internal teams.
This is a dual-facing role:
you'll work closely with Product and Engineering to bring AI capabilities to our Product Development teams, while simultaneously driving internal workforce adoption so our own teams lead by example. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, organizational change, and AI — and who can move fluidly between a roadmap conversation with a CPO and a training workshop with an internal corporate team.- What You Will Do
- Internal AI Adoption & Change Management
- + Build and execute a company-wide AI adoption strategy that drives meaningful, measurable behavior change across product, engineering, and G&A functions.
- Governance & Responsible AI
- + Define internal AI usage policies, acceptable use guidelines, and governance frameworks that balance innovation with risk management.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- + Build and lead a team of AI enablement professionals — including program managers, instructional designers, and AI solution specialists.
- What You Need to Succeed
- + 10-12+ years in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software, with significant experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology enablement.
- What Helps You Stand Out
- + Strong understanding of ideal use cases for various AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot, or similar. + Experience working with enterprise customers on technology adoption or digital transformation.
- Why This Role
- + You'll help shape how a modern SaaS company builds, ships, and lives AI — inside and out.
