The Senior Director of FP&A is responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive decision-making, improve financial visibility, and support long-term strategic objectives. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning Owning consolidated financial models and ensuring accuracy across business units Providing clear analysis of financial results, including variance drivers, risks, and opportunities Supporting executive leadership with insights used to guide strategic and operational decisions Developing and refining KPIs and performance metrics across the organization Preparing materials for executive leadership and board-level reporting Partnering with accounting, operations, and business leaders to align financial and operational plans Improving forecasting accuracy, reporting tools, and overall FP&A processes Managing and developing the FP&A team, including prioritization, workflow, and performance What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Prior leadership experience with direct team oversight Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Experience supporting senior leadership with financial insights and recommendations Comfortable working across multiple functions and business units Proven ability to improve processes and build scalable planning frameworks Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferredSimilar remote jobs
