Job Description:

As Senior Editor, you will work across brand, marketing, and creative teams to develop, execute, and deliver compelling content across formats. You will partner closely with creative leadership to bring ideas to life through strong storytelling, pacing, and visual execution. You will be expected to move fluidly between ideation, editing, and final delivery, often with minimal direction. This role requires both creative ownership and technical precision, along with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to shaping creative direction while also ensuring that output is polished, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. What You'll Own

• Lead editing across a range of content including narrative storytelling, high-energy hype reels, and social- first content.
• Execute fast-turnaround edits for digital and social platforms without compromising quality.
• Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Build edits with strong pacing, rhythm, and audience awareness.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animation to enhance storytelling and elevate content.
• Contribute to ideation and help develop creative concepts alongside the team.
• Create decks and present creative treatments clearly and confidently.
• Take projects from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all outputs.
• Help elevate the overall creative standard across the team. Who You Are Experience
• 7-10+ years of experience in video editing, motion, or content production, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.
• Experience working across digital, social, and brand content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and versatility across formats. Skills
• Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
• Ability to integrate motion and animation into edits.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into execution.
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines. Traits
