Up to $115k for the right skillset! This opportunity is with a well-established manufacturer supporting customer-specific electrical harness and electrical panel design work. This role focuses on turning customer inputs into clear, production-ready electrical harness and panel documentation, while partnering cross-functionally to keep projects moving from concept through startup. You'll also support continuous improvement initiatives, component selection/research, and ongoing updates for established product lines. What you'll do Translate customer requirements into manufacturable harness/panel design packages. Create and maintain build documentation (work instructions, BOMs, wire lists/charts, and supporting drawings). Collaborate internally to coordinate timelines, changes, and production startup needs for new programs. Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation. Research/specify components and provide technical support for existing products. What you bring Hands-on knowledge of electrical harness/panel design practices (routing, connector/component selection, harness build methods). Strong ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. High attention to detail and strength in technical documentation. Solid coordination skills and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple internal groups. Proficiency with MS Office tools. Preferred (not required) CAD experience and/or harness design software exposure. Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and related workmanship standards. Prior experience supporting regulated or spec-driven environments (e.g., military/industrial). Contract manufacturing exposure. 3D modeling, PCB inspection, or troubleshooting background.
