Senior Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily new construction , understands the full life cycle of estimating electrical systems, and can deliver accurate, competitive bids in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for multifamily construction projects Review plans, specifications, and addendums to understand project scope Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and value‑engineering options Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams Participate in bid reviews and post‑bid negotiations Maintain organized documentation for all estimates and revisions Qualifications • 5 + years of electrical estimating experience , preferably in multifamily construction Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction methods Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer • Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive and team‑oriented work environment
