Senior Electrical Estimator:

Lead detailed cost estimating for large electrical construction projects Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to define full project scope Perform quantity takeoffs across power, lighting, and low voltage systems Build labor, material, and equipment cost models Identify value engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies Conduct risk assessments to ensure complete and competitive pricing Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and vendor bids Prepare and submit competitive proposals and support bid presentations Collaborate with project managers and engineers through preconstruction Support handoff to operations teams upon project award Contribute to design-build and design-assist initiatives Mentor junior estimators and help refine estimating best practices Must-Haves as the

Senior Electrical Estimator:

5+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably with a contractor Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods Experience with estimating software such as Accubid, ConEst, or similar Ability to perform detailed takeoffs and cost modeling Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing multiple bids and deadlines Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Vendor negotiation and bid management experience Nice-to-Haves as the
