Senior Estimator

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets Experience working on projects valued up to $50M Proficiency in using construction management software and tools Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

WHAT YOU'LL EARN A
