Job Description
Overview Senior Executive Assistant The RiverWoods Group is currently hiring for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Boards, VP of Ops and CFO. The Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) is a trusted partner to the CEO and the primary administrative support for two Boards of Trustees and related committees, while also providing coordination support to the VP Operations and CFO. This role sits at the center of executive leadership, board governance, and day-to-day operations—aligning priorities, ensuring meetings run smoothly, and driving consistent follow-through. The SEA works across four locations and collaborates with executive leaders, executive directors, trustees, staff, and residents. Success in this role requires excellent organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to bring structure and process to a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
