Senior Graphic Designer / Content Creator

Job Overview Seeking an experienced and highly strategic Graphic Designer / Content Creator to lead the marketing vision and execution for leading real estate agent Dina Goldentayer's significant portfolio of luxury listings. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the brand. This is a highly creative role requiring a keen eye for luxury design. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, creative director, and hands-on executor, with a refined design sensibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

MARKETING WITHIN A REAL ESTATE SETTING IS REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Design high-end eblasts, listing campaigns, and marketing collateral Create and edit social media graphics and short-form video/Reels Use AI to enhance social media strategy Support property launches, brand campaigns, and agent marketing initiatives Own timelines, calendars, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution across all marketing channels Maintain multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining consistency, quality visual standards and brand intenrity across all platforms Collaborate closely with the agent, marketing leadership, and operations team Content, Design & Campaign Execution Management of content creation Curate, create, and schedule all marketing content including digital campaigns, e-blasts, property brochures, direct mailers, and website content Design and oversee production of branded materials, print collateral, and high-end listing presentations Create customized, client-specific marketing plans and visual presentations tailored to each property Edit and refine digital media content to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce premium photo and video assets Events & Special Initiatives Plan and coordinate marketing support for special events, including broker opens, open houses, and client-facing events Assist with event logistics, branding, and promotional materials Copywriting & Communication Write and edit compelling marketing copy for campaigns, presentations, digital platforms, and print Ensure all communications meet the highest standards of clarity, tone, and professionalism Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree Minimum 2+ years of experience in a senior marketing role (Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or equivalent) Proven expertise in marketing, advertising, and graphic design with a strong portfolio of work AI proficiency for marketing strategies Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; strong command of Dropbox, Monday.com and collaborative workflows Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines Preferred Background in real estate marketing Experience managing brand-forward, design-driven marketing campaigns
