We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can operate as a trusted advisor while also managing day-to-day HR initiatives across performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and talent development.

What you must have:

Strategic HR Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change initiatives. Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development. Use data and analytics to provide insights and support informed decision-making. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and the employee experience. Talent Management & Development Lead talent reviews and succession planning efforts. Partner with leaders to create career development and retention strategies. Support a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and high performance. Employee Relations & HR Operations Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and confidentiality. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and development planning. Partner with HR Operations on leaves of absence, accommodations, and return-to-work processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Change Management & Communication Support leaders through organizational changes with a focus on communication and employee experience. Partner with internal communications to deliver clear and timely messaging. Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture. Employee Experience & Engagement Advocate for employees and foster a positive, equitable work environment. Analyze employee feedback and workforce trends to inform HR strategies. Support programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and well-being.

What you must have:

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting senior leaders. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience navigating change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or

SHRM-SCP
