Senior Maintenance Manager Onsite:
Hatfield, PA At Clemens Food Group, maintenance is about more than keeping equipment running. It's about driving reliability, safety, and operational excellence across a 400,000 sq. ft. value-added food manufacturing facility supporting 400 team members. As Senior Maintenance Manager, you'll lead maintenance strategies for a complex, high-volume production environment while developing a high-performing team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability. This highly visible leadership role requires strong experience with industrial-grade electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and plant infrastructure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate operational impact while helping shape the future of maintenance operations within a growing organization. What You'll Do Lead maintenance operations for a high-volume food manufacturing facility supporting 24/7 production. Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled trades teams while strengthening accountability and succession planning. Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency. Lead troubleshooting efforts and partner with Campus Facilities Team for complex facility, infrastructure, and utility system issues. Manage maintenance budgets, capital planning, labor utilization, and contractor/vendor performance. Use KPIs, trend analysis, and reliability data to drive proactive decision-making and long-term asset performance. Champion TPM, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Maintain strong visibility on the plant floor and lead with urgency in fast-moving operational environments. Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, environmental, and safety standards including LOTO and plant reliability programs. What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, food production, protein processing, or related industrial environments. Strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance systems including PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, boilers, and utilities. Proven leadership experience developing maintenance teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Experience managing maintenance budgets, shutdown planning, preventive maintenance systems, and capital projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Ability to lead through influence, build cross-functional partnerships, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
