The Senior Manager, AI Product Management , will lead AI-powered product initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role will operate at the intersection of AI capabilities, data, and user experience—turning complex technology into products that create real value for customers and the business. This role will partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This position does not support OPT STEM or H-1 Visa Sponsorship Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What you'll do: Own and evolve the AI product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs, operational realities, and measurable business outcomes Lead end-to-end product execution for AI/ML and generative AI features—from discovery and experimentation through launch and post-release iteration Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans and drive alignment across stakeholders Partner with engineering teams to evaluate AI outputs, manage tradeoffs, and ship iteratively Define and track KPIs for AI features, using experimentation and analytics to drive continuous improvement Establish and maintain responsible AI practices in collaboration with legal, compliance, security, and engineering (e.g., bias/fairness, explainability, monitoring, regulatory requirements) Create an operating cadence for AI product work (planning, reviews, release readiness, retrospectives) and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior product managers What you'll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives 5+ years focused on AI, ML, or data-intensive products 2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience building, coaching, and developing product talent
Skills:
Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products (ML and/or generative AI) at scale Strong product strategy skills, including prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data, experimentation design, and metrics Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams Customer-first mindset with strong accountability, collaboration, and decisiveness Comfort with ambiguity with the ability to drive clarity in complex problem spaces Excellent customer orientation and communication skills Even better if you have... Salary Max:
$165,000 This information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data. Ranges may vary based on the job's location.
