Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Manager Enterprise Performance Reporting is responsible for enabling enterprise‑wide financial insight through standardized metrics, robust data dimensionality, and centralized reporting capabilities across laboratories and business units. Focuses on improving comparability, transparency, and decision support by aligning finance data structures, performance reporting, and governance across the organization. Governance & Sustainability Set clear governance over metrics, data definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency, auditability, and long‑term scalability. Change & Adoption Drive enterprise adoption of standardized reporting through strong communication, training, and executive engagement. Compliance & Controls Awareness Ensure that centralized reporting and metrics remain aligned with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and disclosure considerations, in partnership with controllership. People Leadership Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on enterprise thinking, accountability, and delivery of decision‑ready insights. Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 12+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience, including senior leadership roles. Proven experience designing enterprise reporting, metrics, and finance data models in a large, complex organization. Strong background partnering with FP&A and business leaders on performance management and analytics. Deep understanding of ERP, EPM, and finance reporting systems and data structures. Experience operating within global, matrixed, or multi‑business environments. Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
