Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Description A great UHY client is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A to support and help build out its financial planning and analysis function. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping FP&A processes within a newly formed, high-growth business environment. The position will focus on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights across a complex, multi-revenue stream organization. The Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A role is a hybrid position based in Southfield, MI, with approximately two days per week in the office. This is a client direct hire opportunity with strong visibility and long-term growth potential as the organization continues to evolve.

Manager, FP&A Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units Analyze complex revenue streams including subscription, consulting, and transactional models Support financial planning related to international operations, including foreign exchange impacts Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders Assist with consolidations across multiple business lines and geographies Partner cross-functionally to drive performance analysis and business insights Support ongoing transformation initiatives, including system implementations and organizational changes Manager / Sr. Manager, FP&A Requirements Strong financial modeling experience Experience working within an international organization, including exposure to foreign exchange Background in service, consulting, data, or similarly complex revenue environments Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes Ability to analyze and interpret multiple revenue streams and performance metrics Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate as a functional leader Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
