What You'll Do:

Build and evolve a cross-platform mobile infrastructure supporting iOS, Android, and Flutter applications Improve app reliability, performance, observability, and release processes across mobile systems Develop scalable frameworks for audio capture, offline sync, caching, networking, and background execution Partner with product, AI, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless clinician-facing experiences Mentor engineers and help define the future of mobile architecture and engineering standards

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience with strong iOS and/or Android expertise Deep knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, mobile architecture, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization Experience building production-grade mobile infrastructure in cross-platform environments Familiarity with Flutter or willingness to ramp quickly into a Flutter-based codebase Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments
