Position Summary:

Seeking a skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join their tenured and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial services operations, with a strong emphasis on audit experience. This role is critical in supporting our trading and operational activities, stressing accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with third-party service providers, including administrators, prime brokers, executing brokers and auditors Collaborate with front office and IT to enhance system capabilities and resolve issues. Monitor and validate daily trading and positions data. Produce monthly NAV packages. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Assist in the implementation of compliance and regulatory requirements. Assist with preparing audited financial statements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably within a middle office or buy-side environment. Solid understanding of financial operations, including exposure to audit processes and accounting principles. Experience supporting financial reporting and reconciliations is desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
