Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Photographer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Senior Photographer will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch photography services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating stunning images.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of photographers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality images Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to photographers to help them improve their skills Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for photo shoots Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure timely delivery of images to clients Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide recommendations for photography packages Maintain a strong understanding of current photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our services Travel with the cruise ship to various destinations and capture images of guests and events Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on board the ship

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in photography or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional photographer Extensive knowledge of photography equipment and editing software Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Willingness to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods of time Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and lighting
