Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Primavera P6 Scheduler with a minimum of ten years of expertise in project scheduling and planning. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, analysis, and maintenance of complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will drive project efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and support successful project delivery within large-scale engineering or construction environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects by leveraging your advanced scheduling skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software to ensure accurate timeline forecasting and resource planning. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Integrate schedules with other project management tools and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or ERP platforms to streamline data flow and enhance planning accuracy. Monitor schedule performance regularly, identify potential delays or conflicts, and implement corrective actions proactively. Prepare comprehensive reports on schedule status, progress updates, and risk assessments for executive review and decision-making. Facilitate schedule reviews and coordination meetings to align project teams on timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements Produce monthly/ quarterly/ annual program schedule deliverables. . Ensure compliance with industry standards such as Lean manufacturing principles and demand planning best practices in scheduling processes. Qualifications Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture (or other related field) Degree . Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of attention to detail and impeccable follow-through of open actions. Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication. Enthusiastic and collaborative individual with the ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment. Able to work both independently and as part of a team with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities. Advanced MS Office Excel skills Able to lead a team of schedulers and show leadership and initiatives. Minimum of ten years' experience in project scheduling within infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors. Must have hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling on a major construction program. Prior experience with multi-billion-dollar programs or portfolio management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams on supply chain strategies and production schedules. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills to present schedule data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
