Conover, NC The Opportunity:
The Senior Process Improvement Analyst will help drive a culture of continuous improvement at the Conover Folding facility, with a focus on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance in support of plant priorities. In this role, you will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and implement sustainable process improvements that deliver measurable results. How you will impact

Lead the implementation and sustainment of performance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost through data-driven decision making Coach and develop employees and leaders on team-based problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies Establish and reinforce a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance across all shifts Identify operational gaps and develop actionable plans to improve plant performance and efficiency Partner with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment effectiveness (OEE) Ensure quality systems and control plans are implemented and maintained to meet customer expectations and standards Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular feedback to teams to drive accountability and results Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify technical solutions and support process improvements Promote a culture of recognition, engagement, and continuous development across the workforce What you need to succeed: Progressive experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence environments Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred) Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, and quality systems Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a plant environment Experience improving key performance indicators such as safety, quality, throughput, and cost Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to coach and develop employees at all levels and influence without direct authority Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting What we offer: Corporate culture based on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities Competitive salary reflecting skills, competencies, and potential A career with a global packaging company where sustainability, safety, and inclusion are foundational to how we operate Competitive total rewards package including medical, dental, and vision coverage options starting on your first day Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions and flexible spending account (FSA) options 401(k) retirement plan with company match and automatic contributions to support your long-term financial goals Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage for financial protection Mental health support and wellness programs designed to promote overall well-being Generous paid time off, including company holidays, vacation, and paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement and ongoing learning and development opportunities Additional voluntary benefits such as legal services, identity protection, pet insurance, and more Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
