This program office is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining airborne electronic attack systems, providing critical Electronic Warfare capabilities that enable mission success for combatant commanders. This role is intended to be primarily remote; however, candidates must live within a daily commuting distance of NAS Patuxent River, MD and be available to come on-site as needed to support mission requirements, meetings, and other program activities. Final telework approval is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, performance, and outcomes Analyze requirements, program status, budgets, and schedules to support effective execution and decision-making Perform management, technical, and business case analyses to inform program direction Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapons systems, and acquisition programs Track program/project status, milestones, and schedules, identifying risks and supporting mitigation efforts Support Program Office leadership in developing and delivering strategic communications and required reporting Develop and deliver briefing materials, presentations, and executive-level deliverables on behalf of the Program Office Collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and industry partners to ensure messaging aligns with Program Office strategic goals and intent Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment Required Experience MA/MS degree with over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs Minimum of a DoD Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management, schedules, strategic communications and technical writing.
