Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will:
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to Alexa Shopping senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Dive deep to evaluate how products and features are performing against key metrics, identifying improvement areas.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, implement, and own mechanisms across partner teams to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
- Actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Independently identify program blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams. Key job responsibilities
- You will establish key CX Quality metrics and goals for the Alexa Shopping team and work across partner teams to align on goals.
- Partner with key stakeholders
- product, operations, engineering
- to align on resourcing and timelines.
- Apply simplification across different work-streams to deliver strategies that can be scaled globally.
- Define and execute various strategies for collecting customer feedback for Alexa Shopping features.
- You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate customer experience and quality of the Alexa Shopping experience. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
