Description We are searching for program managers who are passionate about data, innovation and customer experience to join the Alexa Shopping team. Join us and you'll be taking part in changing the future of shopping. At Alexa Shopping, we strive to enable shopping in everyday life. We allow customers to instantly order whatever they need by simply interacting with their Alexa-enabled smart device. Our services allow our customers to shop in a matter of seconds, no matter where they are shopping or what they are doing. With the recent AI advancements, we are re-inventing the Alexa Shopping product, making it even more delightful and helpful for millions of customers globally. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead large scale programs across Alexa Shopping and partner teams to drive strategic initiatives on behalf of our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, passionate about data, and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills. You are excited about the positive impact Alexa can have for customers and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.
The Senior Program Manager will:
  • Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to Alexa Shopping senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Dive deep to evaluate how products and features are performing against key metrics, identifying improvement areas.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design, implement, and own mechanisms across partner teams to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
  • Actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Independently identify program blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams. Key job responsibilities
  • You will establish key CX Quality metrics and goals for the Alexa Shopping team and work across partner teams to align on goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders
  • product, operations, engineering
  • to align on resourcing and timelines.
  • Apply simplification across different work-streams to deliver strategies that can be scaled globally.
  • Define and execute various strategies for collecting customer feedback for Alexa Shopping features.
  • You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate customer experience and quality of the Alexa Shopping experience. Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
