If you're a Registered Architect with 15+ years of experience-especially in industrial project design-this opportunity offers professional growth, autonomy, and a chance to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction for major industrial projects. Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and clients. Oversee production and quality control of detailed construction documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver integrated, high-quality design solutions. What We're Looking For Registered Architect (RA) - Texas licensure or ability to obtain reciprocity. 15+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on industrial, manufacturing, or complex commercial projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.
