Job Description
Senior Project Engineer
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on technical problem solving, development coordination, and rapid solution implementation. The Senior Project Engineer will work within a small, highly capable technical team executing rapid development cycles including design, prototype, validation, and transition to production.

$90,000- $110,000/yr.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a technical execution contributor across all initiatives
- Drive development efforts from concept through validated solution
- Translate technical ideas into executable engineering work
- Support rapid design iterate cycles
- Maintain urgency and focus on high-impact development work
- Identify and remove barriers slowing technical progress.
What We're Looking For:
Required QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplineExperience:
4-8 years of engineering experienceEnvironment:
Experience working in manufacturing or product-based environmentsTechnical Depth:
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and understanding of the engineering development lifecycleProblem Solving:
Demonstrated capability in structured problem-solving and root cause analysisExecution:
Experience bringing technical projects from concept through implementationMindset:
Strong ownership mentality and personal accountability for resultsAgility:
Ability to move quickly without waiting for perfect information and comfort operating with limited struct
Travel:
Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally.Preferred Qualifications
Industry Expertise:
Experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace (AS9100), Defense, Naval, or Marine environmentsAdvanced Execution:
Experience working in small advanced development teams or high-mix, low-volume manufacturingCertifications:
CAPM or PMP certificationAdvanced Education:
Advanced engineering degreeLeadership:
Minimum 2 years leading projects or major technical workstreams
Regulatory Knowledge:
