Hampstead, Maryland 21074 Full-time/ Direct Hire Summary Manage multiple electrical construction projects (up to $30M), overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, and team supervision while maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify bid opportunities and prepare cost estimates Plan and coordinate work with contractors, engineers, and architects Supervise project teams, including foremen and assistant PMs Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation Handle change orders, billing, and financial tracking Monitor site progress and resolve issues Maintain client communication and attend progress meetings Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

10+ years of electrical construction experience Strong leadership, communication, and business skills Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and Accubid Experience in estimating and project financial management Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
