Senior Project Manager

Who We Are:

Long Island based subcontractor specializing in concrete, masonry and shotcrete. OUr work focuses on restoring and enhancing commercial, industrial and federal buildings including some of New York City's most iconic and historic buildings, providing access to projects and enviornments few ever experience.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in project management within commercial or municipal construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a subcontractor environment Strong expertise in masonry and concrete restoration required Landmark experience a

MAJOR PLUS

Ability to interpret and manage complex scopes of work and construction documents Experience managing union labor and prevailing wage projects Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to establish scope and material needs and determine if there are changes due to field conditions Issue RFIs and coordinate directly with clients, architects and vendors Attend project meetings, site visits and walkthroughs to assess conditions and logistics Maintain accurate logs, documentation and project communications Collaborate closely with estimating and field teams to ensure project alignment Oversee schedule, budget tracking and execution to meet milestones Review bulletins to determine changes in work and put together change orders as necessary
