Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP)

IDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Teresa, NM. This role involves leading large-scale construction projects with a focus on data centers and highly regulated facilities, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. The company is a leader in the construction industry, specializing in complex, high-impact builds across various sectors. Position Overview for the Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP): Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, including ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out work Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and reporting processes to ensure project success Oversee CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) scopes depending on expertise Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project alignment Track project costs, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope Requirements for the Senior Project Manager (CSA / MEP): 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management At least 5 years supporting large-scale, fast-track construction builds ($100M+ projects) Strong experience in CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) Proven track record managing ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out projects ($100M+ preferred) Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting What's in it for you?
