We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Speech Language Pathologist to join a hospital-based team serving both inpatient and outpatient populations . This dynamic role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference in patients' lives across the continuum of care. Position Highlights Work within a collaborative hospital environment alongside experienced rehab and medical professionals Treat a diverse caseload that includes acute inpatient and outpatient therapy Focus on quality care with realistic productivity standards Facility is committed to supporting clinical growth and evidence-based practice New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Serve a range of diagnoses including neurologic conditions, post-surgical, trauma, and chronic illness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients, caregivers, and medical staff on communication and swallowing management Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards May provide mentorship or guidance to clinical fellows or students Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome Current state licensure or eligibility (required) Prior experience in a hospital or medical setting is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills Compensation Competitive salary - $49.00 to $58.00/hour depending on experience.
