We are a local builder and property maintenance company seeking an experienced Senior Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves dispatching from home and traveling to residential properties to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. A company vehicle is provided . We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and is interested in a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Perform general residential maintenance and repairs, including: Plumbing repairs Electrical repairs Drywall repair Painting and touch-ups Door, hardware, and fixture repairs Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and correctly Perform other home and light yard repairs as needed Communicate clearly and document work completed

What We're Looking For:

Senior-level experience in residential maintenance Positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to follow instructions and complete reports on a company-issued iPhone Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and access crawlspaces Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
