The Senior Sales Director- Insurance will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding strategic relationships across the Insurance sector in the US.
The opportunity:
- Own and drive new logo acquisition and large deal pursuits within the Insurance segment.
- Build and manage executive level relationships.
- Develop and execute account growth and go to market strategies aligned to client priorities.
- Lead complex sales cycles including opportunity qualification, deal shaping, commercials, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with solution leaders, delivery teams, and partners to craft differentiated proposals.
- Identify and position offerings across Digital Transformation, Data & AI, Cloud, Product Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
- Maintain strong understanding of insurance industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in line with leadership expectations.
What you need:
- 15+ years of experience in IT services / consulting sales, with a strong focus on the Insurance industry.
- Proven track record of closing multi million dollar deals in the US market.
- Experience selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance carriers.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and negotiate at C suite level.
- Deep understanding of outsourced technology services and digital transformation programs.
- Strong ecosystem exposure (AWS, Azure, Google, Guidewire, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and deal orchestration skills.
Role Location:
California Compensation Range :
$120,000- 180,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
